Don Murphy, PMP-Principal & Senior Consultant
Don Murphy has an extensive background in court administration as a trainer, consultant, and director of court operations. He is a certified project manager and has been designated a Fellow by the Institute of Court Management from the National Center for State Courts.
He served as both project manager and project sponsor in criminal justice integration projects, collection and compliance operations implementations, and in creating centralized call center teams.
Don has spoken about improving practices in compliance and collections at events for a number of court associations, including the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers, the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation, and the Georgia Council of Court Administrators.
